This list gives you an idea of what type of yoga we can include in your Zen Hen Do Class in Bath and Bristol. If there is something specific you’d like us to teach, please ask us!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The perfect style of yoga to get your blood pumping and leave you feeling invigorated and ready for an evening out celebrating!
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” In our vinyasa (flow) yoga classes, we will coordinate each movement with breath. Flowing from one pose to the next. Flow yoga is an umbrella term for many of the more popular and well known yoga styles – Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga and more – all these Yoga styles link movement to breath.
Restorative Yin Yoga
The perfect style of yoga to relax and restore weary bodies post travelling (or partying)! These classes will leave you feeling zen. Ready for an evening out celebrating, or your homeward journey!
These classes consist of a series of longer held, mainly floor poses. Lots of time for breathing, relaxing and unwinding. A great form of yoga to relax, unwind and ‘mop up sleep’ – so if you’ve not had enough sleep and/or you need a boost of energy, a relaxing and restorative hour of Zen is what you need.
Partner Yoga is a fun way to challenge your balance, coordination and trust in your fellow hen party friends! We’ll try some simple postures in pairs, or small groups…or a few more difficult postures if this works for your group! Lots of fun and a great way to get everyone to unwind.
Partner yoga is a way to explore using the weight and support of another person in your yoga postures. It is not a great choice for pregnant yogi’s or those who have never done yoga before. But we can generally modify this part of the class to include everyone.
